Plenary Group The Plenary Group of the GCCC was asked to consider, evaluate, and compile a multi-sector set of recommended policy options to the GCCC for its consideration and approval in making its final recommendations to the Governor. Appointed by the Governor, the the Plenary Group comprised a diverse group of stakeholders with broad perspective and expertise to the topic of climate change in Vermont. Members represent the following sectors: energy, manufacturing, agriculture, forestry, tourism and recreation, heath care, non-governmental organizations, academia, and state and local government.
